Embryo Database source code. Should be placed in the same directory as starrynite, acetree, etc. May need to update manifest with
jar xf EmbryoDB.jar META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
, then edit the resulting manifest file to point to appropriate directories, then
jar ufm EmbryoDB.jar META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
to incorporate the new directories into the jar file. Then run with java -jar EmbryoDB.jar. The database expects a directory of xml files containing information about each embryo (one file per embryo). An example xml file is here.
